Angie Whitney – That’s What Love Is All About

June 16, 2008
Angie Whitney’s debut CD “That’s What Love Is All About” is a delicate, yet powerful blend of sophisticated smooth jazz/ urban AC vocals and sultry saxophone, layered with perfect harmonies and strings. Like an expensive Merlot, it draws you in slow and easy with the tracks “Don’t Tease Me Now” and “Love Me By Name” then finishes with the lighter upbeat “Sweet Love Affair.” Angie Whitney began singing at an early age in church, and continued after high school touring with The Spinners.
For fans of : Phyllis Hyman, Deniece Williams, Rachelle Ferrell
